"Kaci has an amazing team that goes above and beyond right from the start!
My wife and I have been State Farm customers for over 30 years now.
We recently switched to Kaci's agency after our previous local agent had retired.
Like so many, our home was impacted by the May 2026 hail storm in the Owasso area.
Long story short, we were having some problems getting parts of our storm claim approved by the adjuster to receive complete payment for repairs.
So, shout out to Wendy (Claims Liaison) with Kaci's team. We had only switched agents a few days earlier on the State Farm app. We hadn't really even requested their assistance yet but, just a few days after the switch, I got a call from our adjuster to inform us that everything had been approved now, final payment was issued, and the claim was closed unless we found any further damage. Best news we had received since the storm!
I was a bit puzzled at his sudden change of attitude. Then a few days later we got a call from Wendy to introduce herself and welcome us to the agency. Turns out she saw we had switched to their agency, we were struggling with our claim, she took initiative and handled it!

"I had gone into the office having every intent of canceling my home and auto policies with State Farm due to the negative things i'd been hearing and mainly because my house insurance went up nearly $800 per year. So I made appt with Kasey White to discuss. She was more than helpful in helping me find changes and explained to me in detail what coverages she'd recommend for my situation. Prior to my meeting, I did call about 4 other insurance companies to get quotes and unfortunately ALL insurance companies had gone up so State Farm was competitive after all. Bottom line, had Kasey not been as knowledgeable and personable, I would not be with State Farm anymore. But Kasey made such an impact on me that I feel comfortable with our decision to keep State Farm. Hopefully State Farm will not raise the rates and will pay if i have a claim. But thats a whole other department that decides that. Even telling Kasey that, she said if I have trouble with those situations, to call her and she will do her part in helping me.
